At Can Barrull we produce olive oil. We have our own mill and we work in the traditional forms, producing small quantities of each variety. Our olive varieties give rise to extra-clear, transparent and turbidity-free extra virgin olive oils.
We have four varieties of olives: Albequina, Argudell, Koroneiki and Arbosana.

PRODUCTION PROCESS:
We produce the oil within a maximum of 24 hours after the olive collection, to minimize fruit fermentation, so we can guarantee very low acidity and a flawless oil, a true extra virgin.
We do it without haste, calibrating the speed of the processes in each olives consignment, with the experience and wisdom of the masonry masters.
We do not add any water or additives and we keep the temperature below 25 ºC, that is, a cold extraction really. As still popular in popular culture, "first cold pressure".
We do not filter it, we let it decant naturally, thus maintaining its organoleptic and health protection properties.
